Background

As well as providing strategic marketing support, SOA People needed help to drive, manage, co-ordinate and produce approved content across the company in 4 European languages. They needed to build brand reputation through the success of their European projects.

What we do

The Client Voice established a programme of content production and management. Working across all geographies and with all stakeholders, we interview and write thought-leadership articles and success stories and ensure they are approved and translated. We keep a stream of content going to fuel all their digital platforms, ensuring a continuous source of leads and interest in all areas of SAP.

In particular The Client Voice:

  • Authors and manages production of all sales collateral
  • Writes two client-approved success stories every month
  • Produces blog posts or thought-leadership articles each month 
  • Co-ordinates the translation of collateral across mainland Europe
  • Provides ongoing strategic support and Head of Content role
  • Supported integration post acquisition
