What we did
For 6 years, The Client Voice provided the role of Virtual Marketing Director and team, rebranding the company and repositioning all of messaging and content. As part of the programme, we put in place all the website and digital platforms to help position Gap as leading CRM consultancy. This included a regular communications programme as well as a continuous drive to get all customers referenced as approved success stories.
In particular, with all sales collateral in place, we successfully repositioned Gap to be included in larger opportunities. Focusing on vertical markets such as Legal, Professional Services, Financial Services and Not for Profit led to a continuous stream of exciting opportunities.
